Beef Sliders with Horseradish Cream Sauce

The day after Christmas we had a small gathering at our home in Door County, Wisconsin, and we thought a fun plate of sliders would be a crowd-pleaser! We grilled two large ribeye steaks on our Big Green Egg, sliced cherry tomatoes, sautéed onions with butter & some 18-year Door County Balsamic Vinegar and, finally, topped it with fresh romaine and Stonewall Kitchen Horseradish Cream Sauce (as a delicious mayo replacement). Mmmmm! And the best part... so easy! Take a look at the spread and head to our online shop to find Stonewall Kitchen's line of Sauces & Aioli's as well as our Door County Balsamic Vinegars!

Grilled Tuscan Herb Salmon

Another one of our favorites that's fast, easy to prepare, and SO delicious! Grilled salmon with Door County Olive Oil's Tuscan Herb EVOO is a perfect dish all year 'round.

Ingredient list:

-Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon (we get about a pound and cut it into two pieces)

-Baby spinach greens (or replace with your favorite salad greens)

-Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-Seasonings: garlic powder (or mashed garlic cloves), fresh cracked pepper, and your favorite seafood seasoning.

Directions:

Season your salmon and place it skin-side down on your grill. Timing is especially important with salmon as you don't want to overcook it. One pound of salmon takes 6-8 minutes on our charcoal weber grill. When you're ready to take it off, leaving the skin on the grill is possible by sliding your spatula between the skin & meat.

Enjoy! :)
