Picholine-Ultra (Australia)

The most common olive variety of the Provence region of France. A late harvest olive, which ripens when most other varietals are all picked and pressed. Picholine olive oils are known to have a unique aroma of red fruits. Phenol count of 235.

Note: Very well balanced, with fruit tones and spiciness to offer a sweet and green leaf flavor.
