By itself, the pear flavor sits quietly in the background with an overall cinnamon spice. Interestingly, you can pair the Vinegar with a variety of different EVOO’s depending upon which flavor you would like to enhance, the Pear or Cinnamon. To accentuate the Pear, try it with Frantoio De Spoletto or any EVOO exhibiting the “green” flavor profile. To have the cinnamon pop, it is fun to pair it with the Basil Oil.
