Description: 375 ml. - This is a sweet, dark Balsamic Vinegar, complemented with the flavor of Vanilla. You can pair Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar with any unflavored EVOO to make interesting salad vinaigrette. The lighter oils will allow the maximum flavor to come through, while something like Ascalano, Arbequina or Castile will result in a unique flavor combination.
This is versatile Balsamic Vinegar that will work on salads, grilled fruits and grilled or steamed meats and vegetables. Drizzle over sautéed Sweet Onions and/or Mushrooms, and top Mushroom, Squash and Pumpkin soups or Bisques with 1 tsp. of Vanilla Balsamic in place of Sherry.
