Description: 375 ml - Meyer Lemons and late harvest Tunisian Chemlali olives are crushed together and cold pressed to create a fusion of flavors that is far superior to infused or blended oils. The Lemon Oil and Extra Virgin Grade Olive Oil are “married” at the mill to produce oil that exhibits a fragrant citrus character and a sweet lemony flavor that will make fish, fowl and salads taste heavenly.
Drizzle this luscious oil over vegetables like asparagus, snow peas, green beans and artichokes. Use in a 3 to 1 ratio with White Balsamic or Champagne vinegar to make an elegant dressing on salad greens. Use it in a 1 to 1 ratio with Tangerine or White Balsamic to make a marinade for scallops, shrimp and tuna, or rub it on chicken with garlic and oregano for Mediterranean twist.
Our latest creation is to mix this Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Fusion (3 to 1) with Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar and then serve it with cucumber, tomato and Feta cheese on spring mix. Yum!
