It has - a medium fruitiness, and a non-oily mouth feel. Arbequina Olives produce an outstanding EVOO. The finish is delicate, making it ideal on Salads, and in seafood dishes.
Arbequina will complement sweeter lettuce and tomato salads, and would be excellent in any seafood salad dish. Try it with seared tuna or grilled chicken over Romaine, or drizzled over your favorite seasoned fish filets.
